Let me say it now, what a person has had done to themselves cosmetically is none of your business. The fact that people are having to answer questions about what they have gotten done to feel better about themselves is THEIR BUSINESS.
It really infuriates me that celebreties are feeling the need to answer what they’ve had done because some trolls or even some doctors are making speculations about what they’ve had done.
How would anyone of them like their PRIVATE medical business put out into the world? I wouldn’t. Whatever I do to feel better about myself is MY BUSINESS.
In my opinion, Marissa Barrionuevo, who is a physician’s assistant at a plastic surgery office, frequently comments and speculates on what a celebrity may have had done. Now Marissa, you are in the wrong for doing that. As a medical professional, I believe that you should know better. Even though you decided to stop making videos that analyze what you think people have gotten done, the fact you did is gross.
In a recent video she said about Selena Gomez, “I literally have no idea what she’s gotten done, and I think she’s been through so much. in her life, especially medically related. I don’t think it’s fair to speculate whether or not she’s gotten cosmetic things done. I don’t know what to attribute any of these changes to. When it comes to botox and filler, I do these things when I’m pretty confident I know what someone has gotten done, but when it comes to Selena, I literally have no idea what to attribute.”
Selena commented, “Honestly I hate this. I was on stripes because of flare up. I have Botox. That’s it. Leave me alone.”
Personally, I think that Selena handled it with grace and it should have been left there. However, Barrionuevo decided to reply and in a new video, captioned it, “although I always try to lead with grace and mindfulness, I am sorry this upset you (and I understand why it did). I decided to stop making videos like this last year because of the negative impact it can cause. It was never my intention. ily I hope we can move past this and be besties.”
Sorry, not sorry, Barrionuevo is in the wrong.
