One thing that we’re loving lately is all of the casting announcements that are happening. One of the great things about casting announcements is that means that new movies or television will be coming. It’s been a slow time and we’re ready for all of the new things that we can get watch.
Especially when it includes actors that we love.
India Amarteifio (Queen Charlotte) and Damian Hardung (Maxton Hall) have been cast in the coming of age drama, Into the Blue. Now, you can correct us if we are wrong, but we thought that we had heard that at a time Sabrina Carpenter had been attached to this movie. May be true or we may be confused. Both are possible.
The movie, “follows Nick (Hardung) and Fiona (Amarteifio), best friends who met in group therapy and are struggling to piece their lives together after experiencing loss. The last thing they need is to fall in love. When a weekend trip brings their deepening feelings to the surface, they might sooner cut each other off than face them.”
Sounds as though it’s a movie that will tear us apart in the best way possible. We love a good coming of age story – one that will get to us and make us feel.
The film will be directed by Jonathan Wright and will shoot in the United Kingdom.
