Even though Ed Westwick is not one of my favorite people (judge all you want), I do love when a Gossip Girl reunion of any kind happens. Yes, even if it includes him. So, scrolling through Instagram and seeing King Douchey himself with Kelly Rutherford, I was excited for her.
I was excited for her, because hey, Gossip Girl (The OG) forever. The post on Rutherfords grid was simply captioned with a heart. The two were in an elevator.
Fans were excited to see them in all three pictures, leaving comments such as, “Spotted: Chuck Bass and step-mom dearest Lily van der Woodsen, cozied up in an elevator. Where could they be headed? A secret rendezvous with Queen B, perhaps? Only time will tell… XOXO, Gossip Girl.” or “It really feels we are all still watching Gossip Girl 🥹✨.”
But this writers favorite, “My face when I saw who was tagged.”
