It’s always interesting to see what books are optioned and which ones aren’t. If we’re being honest, we expected this one to be optioned much sooner – but good things come to those that wait.
Ana Huang’s Twisted series has been optioned. Netflix picked up the rights to Twisted Love and its sequels in a seven figure deal. That’s huge.
“A steamy new adult series that follows the lives of four best friends and their brooding love interests, riddled with dark secrets from their pasts, as they overcome the obstacles keeping them apart to fall in love,” the logline reads.
While there is no cast attached, fans are definitely fancasting, and are definitely excited.

Ana started her Twisted series in 2021. The books are Twisted Love, followed by Twisted Games, Twisted Hate and Twisted Lies.
