The aftermath of Chicago Fire Season 13, Episode 15 “Too Close” is finally here in Chicago Fire Season 13, Episode 16 “In the Rubble.” Last we left off, Dom Pascal had just lost his wife Monica in a tragic accident. But if the promo for this episode is anything to go by, Pascal doesn’t think that his wife’s death was an accident. And he starts falling apart at the seams in his need to get justice for what happened to Monica.
The promo photos also give us a clearer look into Pascal’s mental state in combination with the promo video. He’s angry, as he should be. And during a call at what looks to be a warehouse, he stops watching the other firefighters take point. He climbs the rig and it looks like he almost falls off. It closes off with Herrmann asking Severide, “If he keeps showing up to work like that, what do we do?”
