If you needed more proof that Hailee Steinfeld has FULLY passed the Bills Mafia vibe check, just ask the man running the franchise. In a recent interview on The Rich Eisen Show, Buffalo Bills general manager Brandon Beane not only gushed over the actress’ humility and generosity—he also casually manifested “good booze” at her wedding to franchise quarterback (and 2024 NFL MVP) Josh Allen.
You know, priorities.
“She is as humble as they come,” Beane told Eisen during the May 6 appearance, adding that Steinfeld has already built meaningful connections with other women in the Bills circle. “She’s done a lot of stuff with our local women, the wives, girlfriends of the club,” Beane said, before adding that Steinfeld “just blends right in.”
Beane also praised Allen as “the exact same way”—down-to-earth and easygoing, despite being a $330 million contract holder and an NFL powerhouse.
But don’t get it twisted: Beane is still hoping for premium pours at the ceremony. “Hopefully there’s good booze,” he quipped, clearly channeling what every wedding guest (and internet onlooker) is thinking.
Hailee Steinfeld’s NFL era and wedding clues
Steinfeld and Allen may be staying mum about the exact wedding date, but fans are picking up the clues faster than Josh Allen in a two-minute drill.

From the luxe engagement in November 2024 (complete with floral arches and candles) to their red carpet debut at the NFL Honors in February 2025, the couple’s relationship has hit major milestones at warp speed.
While promoting her film Sinners, Steinfeld teased that wedding planning is underway, but on pause until the press tour wraps. “We got a movie coming out in 12 days? Six, something. We’re focused on that,” she told Extra.
Still, a Us Weekly source insists the couple wants a “very intimate but extravagant” wedding that won’t be far off. With the NFL preseason kicking in by July, a May or June 2025 wedding seems like the sweet spot. And it’s not just the timeline that’s telling. It’s the vibes.
From Allen’s heartfelt NFL Honors shoutout (“You’ve been my rock, my best friend…”) to Steinfeld’s cheeky Instagram post: “That’s MVP Josh Allen to you!”, their chemistry is infectious.
Beane summed it up best: “It’s a testament to her and to Josh.”
What we’d give to be invited to this wedding

Josh Allen’s got the arm. Hailee Steinfeld’s got the Oscars red carpet finesse. Together? They’re planning what’s sure to be the event of the year, and apparently even Bills brass is praying for top-shelf cocktails.
Beane even joked about skipping the registry gift altogether, saying, “I’m going to remind my wife of that, don’t overspend,” before chuckling that Allen “wouldn’t even notice what I brought in with all those zeroes he’s got.”
Between award-season appearances, sushi dates, and possible venue scouting, Steinfeld and Allen are giving us soft-launch-meets-power-couple energy, and we’re obsessed.
Whether the nuptials take place lakeside or in a Napa vineyard, the Bills Mafia will be watching. Probably with a cocktail in hand!
