Kim Kardashian as an actress was never on my list of possibilities. Reality television. Ok, that tracks. But movie star? We definitely didn’t see that coming. We also don’t expect a lot of the things that reality television stars do. We accept them though, because hey, if we’re gonna watch the reality, we’re gonna watch the non reality things that they do.
Except trials. We’re gonna pass on the legal stuff. Well, except for the show starring Kim Kardashian – that we’ll watch.
And apparently we’re going to be watching her starring in a movie. Maybe it’s because we whole heartedly understand being the fifth wheel and sometimes the third wheel. Yes, yes, that’s a badly veiled joke about the title being The Fifth Wheel and it feels like that is something that we can get behind.
Especially the fact that Eva Longoria is now set to direct, with Gloria Sanchez coming on as producers of the comedy.
The script comes from Pell and Janine Brito. Pell will also produce. But we’re loving that Longoria will be directing and that Sanchez producing.
We know nothing about the movie. It’s all being kept under wraps. We definitely are interested.
And we love a movie where women are supporting women and they are the driving force behind it? We stan.
