With the trailer for Wicked: For Good finally here, there are plenty of questions floating around. When does it hit theaters? November 21, 2025. How long will it be? The first movie was 2 hours 40 minutes. And while we have no official runtime, it’s probably going to be same. But for fans, old and new, they’re also asking, what songs are in Wicked: For Good?
Short answer: We don’t know the exact list of songs. The trailer was released Wednesday night (June 4) and the movie doesn’t release until November. But Republic Records already has a pre-save link for when the soundtrack for Wicked: For Good will come out. You can learn more here.
MORE: Cynthia Erivo makes us tear up with her reaction to her 2025 Oscar nomination. Relive the moment again.
Long answer: We also know what to expect for the second part because the musical debuted in 2003. The 2024 Wicked had all the songs from the first half of the musical. So it’s easy to assume that the second part will have all the songs from the second half of the musical.
The official trailer for Wicked: For Good seemingly confirms this long answer above because you can hear Cynthia Erivo singing “No Good Deed” at :43 seconds in the official trailer. At 1:06 you can also hear Ariana Grande start to sing “For Good.” And at 1:45 you can hear Erivo harmonizing with Grande.
