Lizzie and Lyra continue on with Season 2 of ABC’s 9-1-1 with “Stuck,” which feels like the first Eddie episode and a truly important episode for Chimney’s growth, as well. It also feels like a character study on how Bobby plays into both of their lives, giving us perspective on their reactions to his death in Season 8. Bobby is central to this show and these characters. And it’s been that way from the start.
They also go over Athena’s choice when it comes to being lieutenant, Christopher and Eddie’s dynamic in LA, Maddie’s decision to move out, and even take a moment (or five) to discuss why heteronormative glasses have kept so many people from seeing what the show has set up from the beginning with Buddie.
