The main thing we want out of Chicago Med Season 11, Episode 1 ‘We All Fall Down’ is some answers. Who is Hannah’s baby daddy? What does that mean for her relationship (or lack thereof) with both Mitch Ripley and Dean Archer? And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. There’s also where Maggie is, considering Marlyne Barrett is taking some time off the show. Lennox’s health. And how (or why?) is Will returning?
Plus, can we expect any other returns? We saw Sarah Reese last season. Will Halstead is coming back. Who else could pop by? We have a list of requests, if anyone’s taking.
Here’s everything we know about the first episode of Season 11:

Good questions. Though I dispute the lack of relationship between Hannah and Dean. Their friendship is one of the best things about Med. It’s also why the cliffhanger works so well. Hannah broke the news to her sister and while she knew her sister would be disappointed, she did not expect her to be nasty towards her like she was. Assuming it’s Ripley’s for a moment, Hannah isn’t in a relationship with him, her sister just ripped her to shreds, she’s upset, confused and maybe a little angry; who better to go to than her close friend Dean?
I do think this will end up being Dean’s child, because the timing from when Hannah came over to visit him in The Book of Archer lines up better than the last time Hannah and Ripley were together.
I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s Dean’s, and don’t feel too strongly about it either way, but that would be a shock because their relationship never really crossed into the romantic. If it isn’t his, though, the show can still explore their relationship, whether it is romantic or not.
I’m good with whatever they do as long as they don’t ruin Dean and Hannah’s friendship.
