NCIS: Origins Season 2, Episode 4 ‘No Man Left Behind’ will focus on Franks in a way we haven’t really seen all that much of before. Because this isn’t about his relationship with Trish, but about his brother, who we briefly saw before in flashbacks. Except now, we’re meeting him in the present time, and he’s played by Phillip Winchester.
Mixed feelings for Franks? Probably. And we all know how well Mike deals with those. And then there’s a case that the FBI wants to steal? And Lala continues to deal with the aftermath of the accident. Plus, is the team meeting Diane? Talk about awkward!
