Prime Video is gearing up for Fallout Season 2!
In preparation they headed down to São Paulo, Brazil for CCXP 2026, the countries biggest pop-culture fan convention. They brought the cast of Ella Purnell, Aaron Moten, Walton Goggins, and Justin Theroux. And in a room of over 3,500 fans they shared an extended look at what’s to come for Lucy, The Ghoul, and CX404 aka Dogmeat.
The new clip sees Lucy and CX404 standing in the mouth of fan favorite Dinky the T-Rex. The dinosaur was featured in the 2010 game Fallout: New Vegas. And it’s inclusion in the clip signals that our three heroes (anti-hero for The Ghoul) are in Novac. Founded after the Great War, it’s a steady training post town because of it’s location to the REPCONN test site. Basically, all signs point to Lucy and The Ghoul getting closer to her evil father.
In the clip Lucy tries to negotiate with the very people who have The Ghoul dangling in a pool by his neck. She’s clearly holding only the person she was before in Season 1. But with The Ghoul indisposed and out of options, it’s also clear that this journey to Vegas is going to change Lucy. Will she remain the hopeful person she was before? Or did the events of the Season 1 finale change her forever? Only time will tell.
