It’s a good day to find out more information about Season 2 of The Hunting Party, isn’t it? We’re less than one month away from Rebecca ‘Bex’ Henderson and her team returning to our screens.
As it turns out, even with The Pit mostly dismantled, there are still dangerous serial killers to be found. This adds another layer of intensity to this upcoming season because we know how these people work now. They’re evil, sneaky, and apathetic. And it doesn’t matter if they were conditioned in The Pit or not. Bex and her team will have to find these emotionless killers who don’t want to be found in cities that don’t know they exist.
The cat-and-mouse chasing games will be thrilling and endless. If you mix that with being able to connect more with our favorite characters, we’re in for the long haul. We’re excited for all that’s coming our way. While we may not know if Oliver’s alive or not yet, we do know who we’re going to spot in the first few episodes of the upcoming season. Here’s everything we know so far about Season 2 of The Hunting Party!

New Faces and What to Expect
According to Variety, Eric McCormack (known for the popular Will and Grace) will guest star in the Season 2 premiere. He’ll play Ron Simms, a serial killer nicknamed “Boogeyman”. Described as a killer who targets women looking for love, Bex’s team will have to find him before he takes someone’s life. Finnigan McCormack will play young Simms in flashbacks, which will mark his acting debut.
Next, Emmy-winning Nicey Nash-Betts will guest star in Season 2, Episode 2 as Erica Burke. A detective who has a connection to serial killer Adrian Gallo. Both women will be working together to find Gallo, who “preserves his victims in acrylic resin, the same way people preserve insects.” So, we’ll be in for a treat watching Betts and Melissa Roxburgh together. They both have experience playing powerful, layered women on television. Recently, Betts played Glenda Cleaveland in Netflix’s ‘Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story’.
Alongside Roxburgh, Patrick Sabongui, Nick Wechsler, Josh McKenzie, and Sara Garcia return in main roles. JJ Bailey and Jake Coburn will return as co-showrunners for The Hunting Party Season 2. They’re also executive producers alongside director Thor Freudenthal and writer Michael Jones Morales.
