Chicago P.D. Season 13, Episode 11 ‘On the Way’ gives Kevin Atwater a chance to shine again, but when even the synopsis promises he will put his personal life aside to focus on the case, we’re not exactly expecting much from the hour. We literally don’t want him to put his personal life aside! We want more of Kevin outside of the precint!
But the show has been doing a pretty good job with case-centric episodes lately, so we’ll wait and see. We still would rather have hours that advance personal storylines, or at least do something to cement the relationships between the members of the team. And we’re way past overdue on some good Atwater storylines.
