The Traitors Season 4 Episode 10 “Do You Know the Enemy?” is going to be the most talked about episode of this season. And no it isn’t because of how close Rob was to being killed and how this competition is clearly taking a toll on him. It’s because of how bamboozled Natalie was by how the roundtable ended up going. Because it looked like Tara was with her on this Rob idea. It looked like multiple people were. But by the end of it, Natalie was alone, leaving the traitors to live another day and make it to the season finale.
So sit back, relax, and join us for our breakdown of The Traitors Season 4 Episode 10 “Do You Know the Enemy?”!

1. What was the final nail in Natalie’s coffin?
Lizzie: I think the final one was that she didn’t have an argument for it being Rob. Even if she was right, you can’t come at this with just “vibes,” especially at this point, and knowing that everyone trusts Rob. So she went all in at the roundtable, and she did it without even making sure she had people on her side! Tara and Johnny were always going to be there for each other first, and when she saw Tara back down, she should have backed down too.
But I also don’t know that she was making it out of that roundtable, anyway. She just made it easier for Rob and Eric.
Lyra: The final nail in Natalie’s coffin came before the roundtable even happened. Because I knew she was in trouble when she took the idea of Rob being a traitor and ran with it like it was her idea. It wasn’t. It was Tara’s. So when it came down to it, Natalie was the one that looked like she was coming at Rob with no evidence and a bucketload of suspicion. Combine this with the fact that Natalie has never had an original idea in her time on The Traitors, and it was time for her.
I do want to say though, Natalie was maddddd at that table. All that time going to bat for Tara’s idea in combination with Tara pulling Natalie to the side to tell her in confidence that she didn’t think she was a traitor. Absolutely diabolical. And I’ve never gasped at this show but I did when it was revealed that Tara voted for Natalie. That reunion is going to be messyyyyy.
2. How close was Rob to being caught?
Lizzie: As close as he’s ever been, but I’m not sure all that close to be honest. Like, yeah, his name hadn’t been mentioned, and now it was, but I think at this point everyone’s names should have come up at least once. The thing is, he probably benefited from Natalie going as hard as she did, because it made her sound irrational.
This was the kind of episode where he was mostly saved because of the work he’d put in before to make others trust him, and because of the fact that he had the dagger, which everyone knew at this point. So honestly, that’s still good gameplay on his part.
Lyra: Rob was so close to being a goner this episode. It’s like the entire show caught up to him. He looked defeated. And honestly, who wouldn’t be? You’re forming bonds with all of these people. And not just on camera. We see the recorded stuff where they have to be locked in as contestants. But this is work. And they’ve been working together for weeks. So I think he was close to getting killed because he was checked out a little.
But Rob being Rob, he survived. And he survived because of all the trust that he has instilled in the other contestants. But he’s also survived this long because he knows the difference between when to strike and when to let them hang themselves. Still, Rob needs a vacation after this. OMG imagine The Traitors: After the Castle. Either way, bring on that reunion!
3. If you were Rob and Eric, who would you kill?
Lizzie: I think it’s Maura or Mark here, and I honestly think Maura is probably the one who shifts the heat from Rob the most. He and Maura are a unit, and if he kills her, he looks so innocent. But does he want to give up his biggest ally going into the final roundtable? I don’t know. I’d do it, honestly. And does she deserve to be in the finale? I don’t think so.
Mark is another good possibility because I think he trusts Rob a little less than Maura does. But either way, at this point, they’re not gonna know for sure until the game is over. So, that works in Rob’s favor.
Lyra: Maura. Sorry girl. You’re gone. I would kill you if I were Rob and Eric. And it would 100% be because that’s not something Rob would do. From what we’ve seen, they’re close. Not Tara and Johnny close. But that kind of close where it’s action instead of words. So if Rob can convince Eric to kill Maura, it’ll work in their favor.
But all of this, killing Maura, it won’t work unless Rob commits. I need to see the pain of losing Maura. But not too much! We need balance. Don’t oversell it. And you too Eric. You need to sell it. Because you’re having a hard time being a traitor. But you’re this close to winning. So sell it when Maura gets eliminated. If not, suspicion will fall on you.
4. Did Tara shoot herself in the foot in this episode?
Lizzie: Look, I’m gonna say it, I love Tara. Absolutely adored her, have loved her since her figure skating days, love her commentary, love her outfits, and I just think she’s too nice and sweet for this game. But hey, she’s made it this far! Even if it has felt like she’s come close a couple of times.
I actually think she was smart this episode, though. She didn’t have the votes, she knew it, she had Johnny on her side so she backed down and that resulted in Natalie hanging herself. Did she do it because it was good gameplay? Probably not, but I think it was a good idea not to take up arms against Rob if you didn’t have the votes to back you up.
Lyra: I feel like I was just as bamboozled as Natalie this episode. Because Tara was working with Natalie on this whole Rob theory. But then at the roundtable she let Natalie flounder completely. She started the roundtable by basically declaring she wasn’t going to say anything. And then as she saw that things were turning around on Natalie she became unsure?! WILD BUSINESS HERE! And when Tara turned that tablet around and it was Natalie’s name… I WAS GOOOOOPED!
All of this will be used against Tara in the final episode. Because this is traitors level manipulation if she were actually doing it on purpose. Her one saving grace is the crying. No one has broken like that in Season 4. So her tears were a powerful standout that could save her from the chopping block. But who knows…
5. What banished faithful you wish had made it to the finale?
Lizzie: Kristen deserved it more than Maura, which is why she’s not in the finale. She was too smart. And hey, I wish Monet was still here. But I think the game has, in many ways, played out in a very interesting way. No regrets. Let’s see if the final roundtable dissapoints me or not.
Lyra: Honestly? Ron. I miss him. It could be because I love his voice acting and when I turned away from the screen my brain was like, “Omg what is King Shark doing on The Traitors?! But I feel like there was a light about him that wasn’t explored enough. And I think with time he would’ve found another group and survived to the end. So what if he was a little bit of a loner. Eric was for a lot of this and look at him now. At the end. Anything could’ve happened.
