NCIS Season 23, Episode 14 ‘Fleeting’ is the first episode after the devastating end of the 500th hour of the show. And it’s hard to believe we’re supposed to move on. How do we even do that? How do we go forward without Vance? How do the characters? We’re not sure, but we do know that we (and the team) are going to have to figure it out together.
The thing about grief, though, is that you have to keep putting one step forward. And for this team, that means there are still cases, there are still problems they have to solve. The world won’t stop turning. Now, it’s about finding a way to honor Vance’s legacy going forward. That journey begins here.
