NCIS Season 23, Episode 19 ‘Deal with the Devil’ brings back Parker’s sister, and boy, have we been on a roll with guest stars on this show this season. LL Cool J’s Sam Hanna just popped up for two episodes, Emily Wickersham’s Ellie Bishop came to visit, and Nancy Travis has played Harriet Parker a couple of times. Funnily enough, the synopsis for the episode describes her as Parker’s estranged sister! And here we thought they made up.
I guess one good conversation cannot heal years of hurt. So, time for Parker to dig up old wounds or something. Again. We know how much he enjoys doing that.
