Amélie Hoeferle and Graham Campbell are set to star in the adaptation of the book by the same name. Josh Boone, who directed such movies as The Fault in our Stars and Regretting You, has signed on to direct the film for Sony Pictures and Will Gluck’s Olive Bridge Entertainment.
We have to admit that after a summer where we fell in love with the show Sterling Point, we’re excited that Amélie Hoeferle is going to be in the movie.
The script comes from Morgan Lehmann and Victoria Bata with Josh Boone and his writing partner Knate Lee doing revisions.
The studio has announced the release date for the movie to be July 16, 2027.
