Here at Fangirlish we continue to support your right to fangirl over any fandom you desire – whether that is a book, a TV show, a movie, or even sports. That’s why we have Stop and Fangirl! So you can feel happy – and confident, loving whatever it is you love.
For our eighth episode of season three, we talk about the book to screen adaptation of Deborah Harkness’ A Discovery of Witches. It tells the story of Diana Bishop and how she comes to learn about the truth of her powers, her parents death, and the story that she was taught as a young girl that one day would lead her to Matthew Bishop. It’s romantic, fun, well written, and chock full of a bunch of things we need to see more of, like female pleasure not being looked down upon and LGBT relationships being commonplace & ordinary.
So without further ado…STOP AND FANGIRL WITH US! And when you’re done, leave a comment here or on our Twitter about why you love A Discovery of Witches!
