Last night was a big night for sports fans (or was it? That was a boring game, and the bad guys won), but it was also a big night for Marvel fans, as we got more footage for Captain Marvel, which will premiere in a little over a month, and Avengers: Endgame, which is a little under three months away.
First is Captain Marvel, which promises to take us HIGHER. FURTHER. FASTER. You can check out the thirty-second spot here:
To which I’ll only say I’ve got my tickets. Do you?
And then, there’s the Avengers: Endgame spot, which we might have already watched and re-watched twenty billion times looking for some clues about what’s coming. In fact, we’ve done that enough to start thinking that Marvel is probably one – or fifty – steps ahead of us once again because it seems like they might have edited the trailer to keep spoilers to a minimum.
Wouldn’t be the first time, after all.
But here’s the thirty-second spot, you watch and re-watch, and then come talk to us. What do you think is going on? Is there an Avengers missing from the group shots? Why is the tagline to this: “Some people move on, but now us.” HOW LONG HAS PASSED?
So, how are you feeling? What are your thoughts? Your predictions? Share with us in the comments below!
Captain Marvel will premiere March 8th, 2019.
Avengers: Endgame will premiere April 26th, 2019.
