Queer Eye’s Karamo Brown has some self-care advice in Fab Friday series

A new season of Queer Eye has dropped on Netflix. But if you’re like me and binged it in a day, there’s more where that came from.

Netflix has launched a new video series called “Fab Friday,” where the Queer Eye hosts — Antoni, Bobby, Jonathan, Karamo and Tan — will be offering some self-care advice every, you guessed it, Friday.

Considering we’re all stuck in quarantine, this video series should provide some motivation and some tips to make our lives a little better.

First up is culture expert Karamo, who is discussing three tips for better interpersonal relationship and “a better relationship with yourself.”

So what are those tips? 1) Tackle one issue at a time; 2) Be an active listener; 3) Process your emotions during a conversation.

Take a look!

“This is not an easy journey to have great interpersonal relationships — if it was we’d all be perfect friends and in perfect relationships,” Karamo explains. “But it takes work because it’s challenging. But with these tips you’ll get there.”

Netflix will be unveiling a new “Fab Friday” video every week where another Queer Eye host will have some self-care advice to help us better our lives just a little.

I don’t know about you, but I’ll take as much Queer Eye as I can get!

Queer Eye is now streaming on Netflix.
