Season 4 of ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ Delayed to 2021

I love The Handmaid’s Tale, but if we’re being honest, I have no desire to watch it anytime soon. I feel like we’re living a nightmare and right now that’s more than enough to deal with.

Hulu did release the trailer for season 4 of the show, and it does look really good.

Blessed be the squad.

It leaves us with the question, what happens next? We don’t know. But it does look like June isn’t going to back down and will not stop until things change. She’s badass.

And I don’t care what anyone says, she’s totally worthy of redemption.

This is one of the times in the world, I am not going to complain about things being moved. I am anxious to see what happens next, but I am also not in the mood to see the despair of Gilead.

“All those children, it’s June’s legacy,” Commander Lawrence says in the teaser. June has a strong legacy and she is pretty inspiring. Teaches you not to put up with bullshit.

As you may recall, The Handmaid’s Tale production was shut down in March due to the pandemic.

Season four was going to premiere in the fall, but due to the pandemic and the halt in filming, we won’t be getting it until 2021.

Are you okay with this? Are you like me, where real life is enough of a nightmare and you don’t need to watch a nightmare world right now?

The Handmaid’s Tale streams on Hulu.
