According to Deadline, The Witcher: Blood Origin is expected to be a six part live action spinoff prequel series set 1200 years prior to the current Witcher timeline. The show will chart the origins of the very first Witcher and the events that led to the pivotal “conjunction of the spheres,” when the worlds of monsters, men, and elves merged to become one. No premiere date has been set.
