It’s Meghan Markle’s birthday. Personally, I think that this a time that we should all rejoice that we have been given her greatness in our lives, but you know – not everyone realizes her amazingness.
But then again, some people have a level of petty that we all can only hope to achieve. Ya, I am looking at you Royal Family. Your posts for Meghans birthday felt forced, cold, and like no wonder she ran across the world to be away from you.
Sure, they are royals, so they kept that shit classy. But they still might as well have screamed, “Iceberg, straight ahead.”
Do these people show emotion?
“Wishing a very happy birthday to The Duchess of Sussex today! 🎂🎈.” William and Catherine’s social pages read. I guess they thought the emojis would make it less cold.
“🎂🎈Wishing The Duchess of Sussex a very happy birthday!” was what The Royal Family had to say for Meghan.
And then there was Clarence House, Camilla and Charle’s social pages.
I guess that they didn’t get that the cake was supposed to go with the red balloon.
Lord, I know that we’ll never see this family be really empathetic – but emotion would be nice.
And I say this as someone obsessed with them.
