But I will challenge the idea that your best friend knows everything about you. No one knows everything about you. But the big things in life, you’re definitely supposed to be telling your best friend the big things.

Claudia Jessie, who plays Eloise Bridgerton in the Netflix drama talked with Harper’s Bazaar about how Eloise may feel when she finds out just who Lady Whistledown is.
“I just can’t imagine what that is going to be like,” she said to the outlet about the situation. “That’s such a shock to a friendship. You have this woman, this character, this mysterious scribbler that Eloise is basically a bit in love with, and kinda wants to be her best mate — has been lying to her, writing about her family, and causing scandals. To me, that’s the most compelling thing in the world.”
