The second season of Outer Banks has wrapped filming, which in Hollywood weirdness that means announce a new cast member and make no sense to the world. Announcements make no sense on timing.
The show, which we loved, has added Carlacia Grant as recurring for the second season. The actress will join star opposite Chase Stokes, Madelyn Cline, Johnathan Daviss, Rudy Pankow, Madison Bailey and more.
Austin North, Drew Starkey and Charles Esten will also reprise their roles in the second season.
Grant will play Cleo, a girl from Nassau, a formidable and artful dodger who clashes with the Pogues.
If you aren’t familiar with Outer Banks, the show follows a group of teenagers who are close and live in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. It’s got everything from the search for one of their members missing father, forbidden romances, a high-stakes treasure hunt, and clashes with rivals.
There isn’t an episode of this series that doesn’t leave you wondering what will happen next.
The new season is set to premiere on Netflix in 2021.
