If you know us here at Fangirlish, then you know we love romance. We are all about any, and every romance we can get our hands on and when it involves the actors we love, even better. One of our favorites Hero Fiennes Tiffin, who is our precious Hardin Scott in the After film franchise, is set to star in a new romance film First Love.
Hero Fiennes Tiffin has been cast as Jim, a senior in high school who experiences the highs and lows of his first love with Ann, who is being played by Sydney Park (Moxie). At the same time, Jim’s parents, who will be played by Diane Kruger (The Bridge) and Jeffrey Donovan (Burn Notice) are dealing with the familial fallout spurred by the financial crisis of 2008.
This sounds like it’s going to have just the right amount of angst and we’re here for it. Also, how perfect is the casting of Hero and Sydney? it’s the diversity for us with the casting of Sydney as the leading lady to Hero’s character Jim. Both of these actors are talented and we know they are going to break our hearts in the best way.
First love which is currently in production, is being directed by A.J. Edwards, produced by Henry Kittredge, Lucas Jarach, Nadine de Barros, and Edwards. It will be backed by Fortitude International.
While we wait to see Hero Fiennes Tiffin in his new project, don’t forget to catch him in the third installment of the After series, After We Fell when it releases later this fall.
Are you excited for Hero’s new project? Tell us in the comments.
