Jason Alexander is like a leech that keeps sucking everything he can out of the fact that he once married Britney Spears. He can’t go away like a decent human being and not comment on her when he’s had nothing to do with her for years.
But hey, some people want notoriety and he’s making sure that he sucks every little last bit out of the fact that he was married to the superstar for 55 hours. You may recall that their marriage was annulled.
He was on the Toxic: The Britney Spears Story podcast, and claimed that he was tricked into annulling their marriage.
“They told me if I would sign the contracts — the annulment — they would let me and Britney continue our relationship, and if we felt the same way in six months they would give us a proper marriage,” Jason explained. “So I had no reason to believe otherwise. I thought that’s what the truth was. They were allowing Britney and I to still have phone communication.”
Lord, I can’t with that statement. Am I saying he’s lying? No. I wasn’t there and I have no idea what happened. But he was an adult and could make choices. I believe there was more to the story.
He continued, “So we were talking every day and I still believed the story I was told, that they were going to let us continue to talk and then we would have this marriage, right, in the future if we felt the same way.”
But then he says that after the 30 days was up, he called and Britney‘s number was disconnected.
Here’s my question – did someone forget to make him sign an NDA, because the man has loose lips. Let Britney move forward and stop dredging up her past, Jason.
