I will admit that I haven’t caught up on Legends of Tomorrow. Let’s make that clear, first and foremost. But I have been keeping an eye on Avalance, the ship consisting of Sara Lance and Ava Sharpe, thanks to Youtube. First off, they had a rough start. Anyone could see that. But throughout the years they’ve grown, come together, and transformed into people that they never thought possible. They are what love looks like and the fact that the power of their bond saved the day is something to be celebrated for what it is; the kind of representation that we need to continue seeing on TV.
To keep the celebration of their love going, here are some of our favorite Twitter responses about the wedding between Sara Lance and Ava Sharpe! And here’s hoping that we get to see them as co-captains and wives next season and the one after that!
