Wolf Like Me has finally landed on Peacock! Like many, we’ve been waiting for this show to premiere. Starring Isla Fisher and Josh Gad, tells the story of two lonely souls that come together after a car accident. And right from the start, they’ve got undeniable chemistry that pulls them even closer. There’s also the fact that Fisher’s character Mary stopped Gary’s kid from having a panic attack after the said accident and he’s heart-eyed over her.
And ever since the trailer dropped, we’ve been speculating as to what this could all be about? Wolf Like Me as a title does clue one in, but what else? Is Mary the wolf or is Gary? Maybe the daughter? And what if it isn’t an actual wolf. In our interview with Isla Fisher and Josh Gad they were pretty secretive about what was truly going on with these two. But that’s kind out of the window now since Peacock just dropped a new post-premiere trailer with the big secret we’ve been waiting for.
Mary is the wolf. And she doesn’t want to hurt Gary. If anything, she wants to get to know him better. And if he gives her the chance, which we all know that he will, she wants to be part of his life and that of his daughter.
