Most movie posters are really kind of boring. We know what we’re going to get. It’s a few faces, some background, some mystery.
And like that’s okay. You don’t want to give away too much. We like surprises and you know something to look forward to.
But that being said we also appreciate Sony Pictures and their letting us know that they realize that the world needs some happiness right now. You’ll never be able to convince us that part of this poster and showing the assets that they are isn’t a nod to know that they world needs happiness.

We may not know much about Uncharted, the video game, but we’re here for it. Like not above buying the video game and never playing it, if it has Tom Holland on the cover.
In Uncharted, “Street-smart thief Nathan Drake (Tom Holland) is recruited by seasoned treasure hunter Victor ‘Sully’ Sullivan (Mark Wahlberg) to recover a fortune lost by Ferdinand Magellan 500 years ago. What starts as a heist job for the duo becomes a globe-trotting, white-knuckle race to reach the prize before the ruthless Moncada (Antonio Banderas), who believes he and his family are the rightful heirs. If Nate and Sully can decipher the clues and solve one of the world’s oldest mysteries, they stand to find $5 billion in treasure and perhaps even Nate’s long-lost brother…but only if they can learn to work together.”
Uncharted drops in theaters on February 18.
