Jurassic World: Dominion is drawing nearer and all that everyone wants to talk about is Jurassic Park OG’s Sam Neill, Laura Dern, and Jeff Goldblum. And with the trailer dropping, it’s no wonder why. They look amazing and like they just lived the adventures of the OG movies a couple of years ago and not about 30 years ago. The point is, people are excited about what this means for Jurassic World: Dominion and the future of this world.
But people are also concerned. If we’ve learned anything from movies it’s that you bring back OG’s for cameos or to be killed off. And that’s something that many are not here for especially if it lifts up Chris Pratt‘s character. Now, we know that he’s an actor and that Owen Grady shouldn’t have to pay for Pratt’s…well, everything. But sometimes it’s hard to separate that when he continues being the way he is and when set across from favorites that people grew up with.
It’s gotten to the point where some are asking for Chris Pratt to be digitally replaced with Sam Neill. Which, if they can do Mark Hamill in The Book of Boba Fett, what’s stopping Jurassic World: Dominion from doing the same thing? Serious questions need serious answers, people!
Others are just plain excited Grant, Ellie, and Malcolm on our screens, the fear of surviving through Chris Pratt because of a love for dinosaurs, a real thing. Which, we get that, especially when it’s an actor that you can’t stand and who you keep calling “crisp rat” because someone said it one time and you don’t realize you’re not saying “Chris Pratt” at all.
And some saw the only fit ending to Jurassic World: Dominion to be one where Pratt’s character was eaten by Blue or a wide range of dinosaurs. Which, if it means that Neill, Dern, and Goldblum’s characters survive, I’m all for it. Because they are the ones people are excited for and that carried the weight of this entire franchise. So, take this as a warning, Jurassic World: Dominion. We will protect the Jurassic Park OG’s. And if anything happens to them….WE RIDE AT DAWN!
Jurassic World: Dominion hits theaters on June 10, 2022.
