It’s time for a Mikaelson family reunion!
Hope will come face-to-face (maybe via the newly enhanced Therapy Box) with the remaining living members of the Mikaelson family on Legacies 4×15, “Everything That Can Be Lost May Also Be Found.” If the promo video is any inclination, we will need to pack up on tissues before this Thursday.
Long-time The Originals fans will feel all the feels seconds into the promo video. Whether it be from Rebekah saying “Welcome home, little one” or the first chords of that song we’re all too familiar with, this Legacies will be an emotional rollercoaster.
Hopefully, it’ll be the best emotional roller coaster that will give Hope the extra love and support she needs as she struggles with her emerging humanity.
The song featured in the promo for “Everything That Can Be Lost May Also Be Found” is Rupert Pope’s “Final Teardrop,” featuring Giles Palmer and Eller. It may sound familiar since it also played in the promo for the series finale of The Originals in 2018.
Beyond that detail, there are many others to pick up on from the episode’s description, photos, and promo video. Of course, Legacies will lean into the Mikaelson’s mantra “Always and forever” as Hope’s family tries to encourage her to see the strengths of leaning on her family — found or otherwise.
Additionally, the photos all but confirm Kol Mikaelson and Davina Claire — Kolvina, if you will — are going strong, or at least Kol is still wearing his wedding ring. We want nothing but the best for those two and Freya and Keelin (Freelin), of course!
As for another infamous TVD Universe couple, Marbekah appears to be thriving, which is delightful to see. Marcel Gerard and Rebekah Mikaelson deserve the world.
But that isn’t all this episode has in store for us! After Legacies 4×13, “Was This the Monster You Saw” revealed Jed’s backstory, “Everything That Can Be Lost May Also Be Found” could reveal more about Kaleb’s past. Also, Lizzie and Aurora take their plan back on the road — except this time, Ben is unwillingly along for the ride, probably.
Check out the episode description:
ALWAYS AND FOREVER – Hope continues to be swirled in confusion and fighting her humanity, which results in her seeing the people who mean the most to her: Rebekah (guest star Claire Holt), Marcel (guest star Charles Michael Davis), Kol (guest star Nathaniel Buzolic), and Freya (guest star Riley Voelkel). Kaleb wants to introduce Cleo to his world, including those who had the most profound influence on his path. Meanwhile, Lizzie devises a plan to get in someone’s good graces. The episode was written and directed by Brett Matthews.
