Have to admit that one of the things that we’ve always loved about Jessica Simpson is her bluntness. She has gone through her ups and downs with the world, her career, and the people around her. No matter what life throws at her she remains optimistic and well, blunt.
The superstar business woman was on The Real and talked about how recently her credit card was declined at Taco Bell. There is no judgment there, because not our place and also it’s happened to us.
“I have no working credit card,” Jessica explained, before adding that “It’s OK. I will pay in cash. I went to Taco Bell the other day, and my card got denied. I’m on a budget, ladies!”
The superstar admits that it is because she put all of her money back into her company, to regain control of her fashion business. As you may remember last October, Jessica was able to regain control of the Jessica Simpson Collection, after its parent company, Sequential Brands Group Inc, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
“With money, there’s just so much fear attached to it,” Jessica shared with the hosts of The Real, “I’m the person that you get mad at the blackjack table. I’ll put it all out there if it’s me that’s driving the show because I believe in myself and I know what I can do. And I know that nothing will stop me, and if you try to stop me, I’ll try harder.”
We admire her determination. We support it. And we also have to admit, we kinda now want Taco Bell.
