One of the movies that we’re looking forward to the most is Elvis. There was something about the trailer that spoke to us. Then there was seeing Austin Butler at the Met and he just encapsulated the Elvis swagger.
While biopics are made all of the time, we’re always scared of them. Why? Because if people are alive or their family members are alive, what if they don’t like it?
Priscilla Presley, made a comment about the upcoming movie and it has us even more excited for it.

The film which is expected in theaters June 24th, “explores the life and music of Elvis Presley (Butler), seen through the prism of his complicated relationship with his enigmatic manager, Colonel Tom Parker (Hanks). The story delves into the complex dynamic between Presley and Parker spanning over 20 years, from Presley’s rise to fame to his unprecedented stardom, against the backdrop of the evolving cultural landscape and loss of innocence in America. Central to that journey is one of the most significant and influential people in Elvis’s life, Priscilla Presley (Olivia DeJonge).”
Priscilla Presley also debuted an exclusive clip on her Twitter from the upcoming movie.
