Spider-Man: No Way Home – The More Fun Stuff Version is heading to theaters with more footage and hopefully more Spider-Man hijinks. This momentous re-release of the blockbuster is thanks to two specific anniversaries: 60 years of the Spider-Man comic book character and 20 years of Spider-Man films according to Deadline.
It’s set to hit theaters on Labor Day weekend in the US and Canada with tickets going on sale August 9th with screenings on September 2nd. It promises extended footage and additional scenes but there’s no word on what there’s specifically to come because of a teaser from the official account for the film, which we’ve included below.
If we had a wish list of what we’d like to see with this Spider-Man: No Way Home – The More Fun Stuff Version it’d be all Peters interacting, being awkward with each other, and exploring what it means to be brothers, which they basically are. We’d also like to see if there are any additional action scenes, scenes with MJ, or stuff with Aunt May. But whatever may come, we’ll be satisfied to see more of this world and this adventure full of Peters.
Spider-Man: No Way Home is available for purchase and will be re-released with extra footage in theaters on September 2, 2022.
