That’s right, get yourself excited, because more of Bumper In Berlin is coming. Peacock announced the renewal of the hit show today.
The series launched in November and has been Peacock’s biggest comedy premiere to date. No shock to us there, because Pitch Perfect is an institution. Adam Devine and Sarah Hyland are comedy and geniuses.
“Pitch Perfect: Bumper in Berlin hit all the right notes,” Erin Underhill, President, Universal Television said. “We are thrilled to reunite with this fantastic team as there are many new and surprising stories to tell with these hilarious and lovable characters. We look forward to taking the next season to new heights.”
“Thank you to the fans for making Pitch Perfect: #BumperInBerlin our biggest comedy on Peacock! Get ready for more high notes 😉” their Instagram post reads.
Yes, that’s how much we love the franchise.
Adam Devine returned as Bumper for the series. He was joined by his Modern Family costar, Sarah Hyland in the series. Also in the cast are Flula Borg, Lera Abova, and Jameela Jamil.
In the first season of the series, Bumper Allen moved to Germany to revive his music career when one of his songs gets big in Berlin.
“We are thrilled that audiences continue to enjoy the Pitch Perfect universe with Bumper in Berlin on Peacock,” Elizabeth Banks and Max Handelman said in a joint statement about the renewal. “We look forward to even more hilarity and relentless mouth music in Season 2.”
This is your sign to catch up on the series on Peacock now.
