We watch a lot of TV! In case all the reviews, interviews, news, and features didn’t give you a clue (wink, wink), we’ve decided to come together once a week to highlight all those great moments that our favorite shows give us throughout the week. On these Fangirlish Feels of the Week, there are five categories and many thoughts! Ready?
Here we go!
Badass Character of the Week

Raquel: Sienna in Perfect Addiction. It’s not easy to realize that the relationship with the one you believe to be the love of your life is toxic, get out of it and get up on your own, trust and love again… only to fall back and get up once more.
Ashley T.: This week I’m giving this to Counselor Deanna Troi in Star Trek: Picard 3×09 “Vox,” and here’s why. Deanna saw something horrifying in the mind of the son of two of her best friends. It would have been easy to walk away and not do the hard thing. Instead, she told her friends, and did her best to get Jack the help he needs. She had to take the road of a doctor, not the one of a friend and that is frakkin’ hard. Kudos to her for doing the right thing.
Rachel: I’m going with Paz Vizsla on The Mandalorian. He’s a supporting character who was mostly antagonistic toward Din up until recently. This week, he got a hero moment as he held of Moff Gideon’s Dark Troopers while the rest of the Mandalorians and Grogu got away. What makes his sacrifice more emotional is that he almost wins…until Praetorian Guards come in. His death (probably?) ends the episode with a lot of impact. I salute him.
Shana: Natalie on Yellowjackets remains one of my absolute favorites; this week, she was pretty badass in both parts of the timeline. Even though she fell short, young Nat got so close to getting the team together and getting that moose (???) out of the frozen lake. But the biggest badassery probably came in the present day, when she not only snuck Lisa’s goldfish out of the house…but then, at the bar, pushed her shot away and went with “not today.” Now, if you know what question she was answering, that was the most badass thing Nat’s done yet — in either timeline.
Jasmine: I have to go with my girl Trina Robinson on General Hospital. She’s on the Haunted Star ship where her new boyfriend Spencer Cassadine is being held prisoner by his Uncle Victor Cassadine. She’s taking charge and trying to save not only him but his baby brother, and Dr. Obrecht who was also taken. Everything she’s done has been with zero hesitation. And I have to point out how badass it is to see a young black woman be featured in such an epic and intense storyline such as this. The fact that she is the heroine coming to the rescue is a huge and epic deal.
OTP of the Week

Raquel: Sienna and Kayden in Perfect Addiction. Neither of them wanted to fall in love but it happened like the best thing in life, by surprise. And, when they realized, they had fallen deep. Despite all the doubts and problems, something keeps pulling them together like two magnets.
Rachel: Sometimes TV proves that two people are supposed to be together in the moments of angst that keep them apart. That is what’s happening now between Charlie and Emma on The Company You Keep. They both got jealous over each other this week while they’re not technically together anymore. At one point, knowing Emma can hear, Charlie admits, “She broke my heart.” All this makes me sure #Hilletti will eventually be together again.
Shana: Everyone’s going to fight me, but Jack and Keeley on Ted Lasso. I know, I know. The setup was so obvious…but it’s my President from For All Mankind (Jodi Balfour, who also plays Jack). Ship her with everyone, honestly.
Jasmine: Anyone who knows me and has been paying attention to my Twitter as of late already knows for me it’s my Sprina. Spencer and Trina on General Hospital. They are officially a couple and now they’re dealing with a life or death situation together. This is yet another thing putting their relationship to the test. They are strong together and nothing or no one is going to break them. They are the definition of ride or die.
Lizzie: Ted and Rebecca, on Ted Lasso. We’re past the point of denying this is where the show is going, right? Right? Their moment in the hallway was very clear “what’s happening here” from the last two people to catch up, Ted and Rebecca themselves. Seven more episodes to go. Time to bring it home.
Moment that made you collapse into a puddle of FEELS

Raquel: Sienna and Kayden break up in Perfect Addiction. It completely broke my heart.
Ashley T.: Do “FEELS” include abject terror? If so, count me in for Star Trek: Picard this week. Seeing Alice Krige return as the OG Borg Queen in “Vox” scares the hell out of me. I’m so glad to get her back in live action, and not just in the sound booth like she was in Star Trek: Lower Decks 2×08 “I, Excretus.” I’m bracing for her to come back on the attack for next week.
Rebecca: I never actually thought The Company You Keep’s Daphne Finch could make me emotional, but she has and she did. When she talked with Charlie about her mom, who died of cancer, and tells him “…she didn’t see me graduate”, I bit my lip. It reminded me of how, had I gone to university a year later than I did, my dad wouldn’t have seen me graduate either. Several days on, I’m still thinking about that scene and how strongly I can, to a considerably great extent/in many ways, relate to it.
Shana: Speaking of Nat and the moose…when she lost it and then, well, lost it? Yeah. That part.
Jasmine: That kiss once Spencer and Trina were reunited on General Hospital. The passion and desperation was so palpable. I could feel how much Spencer loves her. The way he grabbed her, caressed her face, and ran his fingers through her hair was so swoon-worthy.
Quote of the Week

Raquel: “I will fight” – Sienna, Perfect Addiction.
Ashley W.: “Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes.” – Grogu via the IG-12 droid in The Mandalorian, episode 3×07: “The Spies”.
Shana: “I am still depressed. Because it’s kind of a forever thing.” – Lisa, Yellowjackets.
Jasmine: “This is not the end for us. We got this.” – Trina Robinson, General Hospital.
Rebecca: “I think…it’s your choice.” – Birdie to her daughter Ollie in The Company You Keep when the youngster asks what she should do regarding her dad Simon wanting to meet her properly for the first time. What I love about this quote is how it highlights the fact that young people should always be given the choice and chance to make big life decisions for themselves and it’s something I’m incredibly proud of the show for including/showcasing.
WTF Moment of the Week

Raquel: Jax and his cockiness in Perfect Addiction. I wanted to slap that smirk off him. Sorry, not sorry.
Ashley T.: The Borg: The Next Generation on Star Trek: Picard episode 3×09 “Vox” this week had me doing a bunch of swearing at my TV. This is a particularly sinister method of assimilation. I really hope they do justice by this storyline in the finale next week.
Shana: I mean, Yellowjackets is always good for a pile of great WTF moments. This week, a lot of mine center around Lottie. Lottie finding the plane with Leonard the bear and Laura Lee’s necklace intact really threw me there for a second, so let’s go with that. I’m…pretty sure it was part of her vision/dream/whatever now? But honestly, who even knows with this show?
Jasmine: Yes, my WTF moment is coming from, you guessed it General Hospital. Spencer’s Uncle Victor has lost his mind. He has some weird master plan like he’s Valentine from Kingsman: The Secret Service. This guy is talking about unleashing a pathogen to wipe out the world. Except for the Cassadines. How nuts is that? Decades ago he wanted to freeze the world and now this? Seriously WTF?
