Say what you want about The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, but we love them. The family drama aside (cause lets face it, we don’t know all the info and never will), the two are always giving back to people. They genuinely want to make a difference and that, we love.
One thing that we love that Prince Harry does is The Invictus Games. If you aren’t familiar with The Invictus Games, it is an international multi-sport event first held in 2014, for wounded, injured and sick servicemen and women, both serving and veterans.
They were founded by Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex.
As part of the Sussex’s deal with Netflix, Archewell Productions has a docuseries on The Invictus Games coming. The series, entitled, Heart of Invictus, “will join the competitors as they train, and along the way reveal powerful stories of resilience and hope.”
“It is here at Invictus Games that you realize whatever you carry was the springboard that propelled you to the next level. The Games doesn’t focus on what causes the injury, but really about the recovery and how to be part of a community again,” Harry said in regards to the games.
We’re excited to see all about the games, as well as the team planning the games. The docuseries debuts on Netflix on August 30th.
