Godzilla Minus One is giving me even more reasons never to go into the ocean. I was already hesitant. But this new clip cements the fact that I never want to go near the ocean in fear of monsters like him. In a new clip dropped ahead of the December 1st release date, we see Godzilla chasing a boat. And not like a big boat. Nothing from the military or a yacht. Godzilla is attacking a small-looking boat with one gun turret. And honestly, it’s the stuff of nightmares.
In the scene we see a small boat with a three to four-man crew trying to outrun Godzilla. And honestly, I think that he’s playing games with them. Because he’s Godzilla and he could gobble them up at any time. But he chases after them, the spikes on his back peeking out of the water as this terrifying behemoth of sharp teeth and deadly-looking eyes, barrels towards them. Also, shout-out to the CGI because his eyes have the most definition and soul that I have ever seen in all the years I have been watching Godzilla movies.
Back to the clip.
The sailors try to shoot at Godzilla. Keyword: try. But it has no effect because obviously, he’s a gigantic lizard thing in the ocean barreling at them faster than they can get away. The only saving grace is the bomb that they were apparently dragging behind them and that explodes in Godzilla’s mouth. And while it might be a small scene, it sets the tone for Godzilla Minus One. Because this small ship knows that it can’t fight Godzilla, but they are prepared for him. And that makes a world of difference and means that they have learned to live with him.

This is going to be a very different movie that you have never seen since the 1954 movie was done and godzilla has the power of a nuclear weapon what happens when he takes his steps walking hit the ground and his tail hits buildings the damage done to every thing around it and the movie is a lot more about the people in Japan
