We have a lot of questions about why people were or weren’t in the Mean Girls commercial, but honestly, we’ve come to accept that there are things that we’ll never have answers to. Yet, the internet sometimes gives us answers, because people have the balls to ask questions.
We respect that.
In the Mean Girls Walmart commercial, three of the fourth Mean Girls starred – Lindsay Lohan, Amanda Seyfried, and Lacey Chabert. Daniel Franzese‘s and Rajiv Surendra also starred. It was missing Rachel McAdams and Jonathan Bennett.
And thanks to E! News we know why Jonathan Bennett wasn’t there.
He said, “I was filming so I couldn’t do it but it was so fun to see everyone reunite. Everyone wants to know if we’d do a sequel and I think the mass consensus to my knowledge of our cast is of course we would.”
We understand this and yes, we’d love a sequel. We know, we know – we’re getting the new one soon, but the original cast – we’d love a sequel with them.
The new anticipated Mean Girls premiere on Jan. 12, 2024, and yes, we’ll be there, but we’re still going to hold out hope for a sequel.
