NCIS: Hawai’i 3×03 “License to Thrill” seems to promise exactly what we signed up for …just another light episode that gives us another chance to delve into the character dynamics of this team. Kai and Kate are out! Tennant and Kate are laughing! Jesse and Kate (and Tennant) are on a case together. And yes, Sam is still being suspicious. Except now, he’s being called out on it.
Again, the Sam thing has never truly made as much sense as the show wants us to. At least, not unless there’s something bigger going on. And if there is, we’ll be the happiest ones. Give that to us. If not, then why is Sam just lounging around Hawai’i? Does he just like the Hawai’i team as much as we do? Also, why is Lucy never in these pictures? I need some official stills of Kacy! I’m tired of having to take screenshots.
Just saying.

Here’s hoping for actual answers to why Sam is there!
There are no Lucy stills because Yas was not in this episode. She was back on the mainland doing promotional stuff for The Chosen.
