It doesn’t matter how old you are, you’ve most likely heard the name OJ Simpson. Some may think of him as the football player, but some only know him as the accused murderer. Whatever you believe he was, your opinion of him is probably strong. We believe that the name that we should all be remembering is Nicole Brown Simpson.
A lot of us can remember when she was murdered, along with her friend, Ronald Goldman. Yet, we have to admit we don’t know much about her. Everything we have ever learned has been through the trial.
We’ll be watching The Life and Murder of Nicole Brown Simpson, that is said to shed new light on her. The two-part documentary will air on Lifetime, June 1 and June 2, and comes 30 years after the murders.
Her sisters- as well as the friends who knew Nicole the best – are gathering for the first time to talk about Nicoles life and the trial. There will be home videos and access to Nicole’s life that have never been seen.
With over 50 participants, we have to say that this should definitely be interesting.
“What happened to our sister Nicole should never have happened to her or to any other woman,” Nicoles sisters, Denise, Dominique, and Tanya said. “Her life was stolen from her and while her abuser is finally gone, it doesn’t take away the anguish we feel or the pain of her children who lost their mother.”
They continued, “We hope that by sharing Nicole’s story, it will help others recognize the signs and get the help they need and her legacy will continue to live on.”
