NYC based actor and writer Michael Judson Berry is a master when it comes to his impression of Schitt’s Creek‘s Moira Rose.
He’s raised money as Moira live on stage in 2023, showed us how hard our AC’s are working in the voice of Moira, and showed us how soothing a Moira ASMR truly is. Even David Rose has made an appearance in a cooking skit with his Moira. And with the show ending in 2020, it’s been nice to have a piece of this iconic character living on through Berry’s TikTok’s. Now he’s given us something we never knew we wanted: Moira Rose narrating Bridgerton season 3.
Over on his TikTok, Berry basically told Lady Whistledown to step aside because Moira had it. She welcomed everyone back to the ton, showed us that “debutante” isn’t pronounced the way that you think it is, and then sprinkled some commentary that was spot on.
With Penelope’s secret out, maybe it’s time to shake things up. Because as much as I love Julie Andrews, I think there’s room to grow now that everyone knows who Lady Whistledown is. So why not bring in Michael Judson Berry, I mean Moira Rose, into the picture? (Obviously, we’re joking. But Berry has a gift and we would watch all of Bridgerton if it meant more of this Moira Rose. Until then, we have these glorious TikToks and the hope that Berry will do more.)
