In Brilliant Minds Season 1 Episode 1 ‘Pilot’ we meet Oliver Wolf, a neurologist unlike any other. While other doctors pay more attention to tests than to patients, Oliver makes an effort to listen to his patients’ needs because he knows that this is the beginning of their healing, all while he tries to heal himself.
This brings him some problems because, for his patients, he is willing to do anything, and that includes breaking all the rules. This path is a lonely one and causes him to clash with his colleagues, but Oliver doesn’t care.
Although that begins to change, as we can see in the trailer, when a new team of doctors are ready to learn from him and that means he has to stop working alone and open up, which is not his thing.

Dr. Oliver Wolf reluctantly accepts a job at Bronx General Hospital where he’s forced to work with a team of interns as they treat a mother who can no longer recognize her children.
