We never got into the reality show Basketball Wives and here is why – it was too dramatic. And that drama felt forced. But that wasn’t the only reason and some may disagree with this thought – it was over produced.

A reality show that follows WAGS from one team and we get to see the actual relationships? We’re in. Are we surprised that Bravo is the one to do this? Absolutely not.
People reports that Bravo is working on a reality show based on some of the wives and girlfriends of the Kansas City Chiefs.
Are we surprised that it is the Chiefs? No. They’ve won a few Super Bowls and then there is the whole Taylor Swift factor.
The whole Taylor Swift factor scares us a bit. We love Taylor and though we know that she wouldn’t be featured in a reality show, we worry about those that would talk about her. We feel like her privacy (what little of it she has left) should be honored.
People also reports that Mecole Hardman Jr.’s fiancé Chariah Gordon and Sheawna Weathersby, who shares two kids with her partner, defensive tackle Chris Jones are possible stars of the reality show.
If we’re being honest, we are happy to not see Brittany Mahomes on that list. Regardless of the popularity of her (and yes, we do get that some of that popularity is based on dislike for her) we just honestly think she’d make us so mad and we’d turn off the television.
Look, we won’t lie and say that we won’t watch it, because the reality is that we probably will. It’s on Bravo and somehow they rope us in every time.
