Law & Order is back this week with Law & Order Season 24 Episode 9, and we’re already side-eyeing our suspect harder than we normally would. Ok, ok. Let’s back up a second. We should probably start by saying we have a first look for you all…and then say this suspect is, quite obviously, a loser. Basically, he’s got us (once again) asking “why are men.” If that upsets you, well…no comment.
In the sneak peek clip below, Brady (Maura Tierney), Shaw (Mehcad Brooks), and Riley (Reid Scott) track down a suspect who calls himself a men’s right’s activist. Because, you know, men totally don’t have rights. That’s probably why there are so many laws — created by people of a different gender who don’t even know how their bodies work, no less — telling them they should die instead of getting certain medical procedures. So true!!!! Oh, wait. That’s not a thing? Hm. They’re the ones making the laws, getting higher pay for the same work, failing upwards into leadership positions, and crying about being “canceled” when they get called out for violating others? INTERESTING.
Oh, and this suspect dude doesn’t even want women to be able to drive or vote…because that gives men more rights…how? Of course. Rights to control women. Got it.
Anyway.
As Brady says when she sends the detectives off to question the dudebro, “go ruin this prick’s day.” And. Yeah. She said it. That’s what he is, and we’re not at all going to be upset if his day does, in fact, get ruined. But hey. Don’t take our word for it. Watch and learn.

Ugh. And check out dude’s shades on his little website. A mess.
What else do we know about the episode? Here’s the synopsis (courtesy of NBC):
“Enemy of the State” – Shaw and Riley discover a shocking motive after a young man is pushed in front of a train. When the trial hinges on a piece of legislation that Baxter wrote, Price must convince him to testify to its uses and abuses.
