Last we left off, Chicago P.D. Season 12, Episode 15 saw this show reverting to its worst version, a straight-up case-centric procedural. Now we see the end of another hiatus and a return to One Chicago Wednesdays in Chicago P.D. Season 12 Episode 16 “Seen and Unseen.” And we get to see more of the newly promoted detective Kim Burgess put her memory to the test after a deadly incident at her local diner.
From what we see in the promo and images, Burgess tries to immerse herself in the diner. As a regular, this could’ve been her, and she’s invested in what happened to the people killed there. And with the amount of shot after shot of the diner, this is probably going to be a central set piece for the episode, with Adam hovering nearby.
