After two episodes that set up the new team and solved the Season 2 cliffhanger, NCIS: Sydney Season 3, Episode 3 ‘Lost in Translation’ seems to be bringing us a big case, which means there’s a big chance we’ll get even more setup, this time for whatever the big bad (or big mystery) of the season is. The show has done a really good job in both Season 1 and Season 2 of having a big story they revisit a few times and don’t solve until the end of the hour, and considering that, it’s about time to set that up for Season 3.
On top of that, the pictures suggest that we will get a little more of Evie and DeShawn than we’ve gotten in the first two episodes. The premiere of Season 3 focused more on Mackey and JD, and Episode 2 was all Blue and had the team working all together, so we haven’t really had a chance to explore their dynamics more this season, and since Mackey and JD are not the only ship around here, we’d love to see more of them too.
