    How about we go back to fires and accidents and people trapped and RESCUES instead of Peyton Place. It’s a soap opera.

    I am so done with Chicago Fire. The writing is boring and the characters seem stuck in ruts. The actors are amazing and try to make the best of poor story lines.

    Just when I thought the show couldn’t get worse, it did. The stories are a joke and a disservice to the real CFD.

    I really use to enjoy the show when it dealt with emergencies but the wheels are coming off since it’s became the Life & Times of Stella Kidd. She’s really not a lot of fun and for some reason she finds her way into almost every scene. The stolen ladder truck 81 that blew up in Indiana was one of the worst written sagas since the beginning of the show. The concept was weak and the plot was boring, but of course the entire station including Stella had to miraculously chase the rig to Indiana for the climax. Of course once home Kelly didn’t want a cocktail he wanted Stella. Eww. I’d have preferred he had hooked up with Anna or the lady lawyer but here we are
